Terms and Conditions for Usage of LUSH PRO Hair Extensions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our hair extensions and all Lush Pro installation tools. By using our hair extensions and our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Product Usage:

1. Care Instructions: Our hair extensions are made of the highest quality, 100% human Remy hair and require proper care to maintain their quality and appearance. It is essential to follow the proper care instructions provided with the product to ensure longevity and prevent any damage to your natural hair.
   
   
2. Age Restriction: Our hair extensions and our products are not suitable for anyone younger than 16 years old. They should only be used by individuals who are 16 years old or above. If you are under 16, please do not use our hair extensions.
   
   
3. Choking Hazard: Hair extensions and our products contain small parts and pose a choking hazard. Keep them out of the reach of children and pets to prevent accidental ingestion.
   
   
4. Flammability: Hair extensions and our products are flammable. Keep them away from open flames, high heat sources, and extreme temperatures to avoid fire hazards.

Product Disclaimer:

1. Allergic Reactions: Some individuals may be sensitive or allergic to certain materials or adhesives used in hair extensions. It is recommended to perform a patch test or consult a professional stylist before using our hair extensions, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities –  it is up to the customer or licensed professional to make the final decision. 
   
   
2. Professional Assistance: For optimal results, it is advisable to seek professional assistance when applying or removing hair extensions. We are not responsible for any damage or injuries that may result from improper application, removal, or misuse of our products and hair extensions.
   
   

PLEASE NOTE: OUR HAIR EXTENSIONS MUST BE APPLIED AND REMOVED BY LICENSED BEAUTY PROFESSIONALS ONLY. LUSH PRO HAIR EXTENSIONS, LLC. WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR RESULTS OBTAINED FROM IMPROPER USE OR APPLICATION TO THE CLIENT’S HAIR EITHER DURING AND/OR AFTER THE HAIR EXTENSION APPLICATION PROCESS. ANY INDIVIDUAL PURCHASING HAIR EXTENSIONS INCLUDING STYLISTS AND/OR CUSTOMERS AGREE TO USE LUSH PRO HAIR EXTENSIONS AT THEIR OWN RISK.

1. Color Variations: Due to variations in monitors and natural hair, the color of our hair extensions and our products, may appear slightly different in person than on-screen. We strive to provide the most accurate product images, but please consider these color variations when making a purchase.
   
   

Ordering and Payment:

1. Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your order, including the correct hair extension type, color, length, and quantity before completing the purchase. We are not liable for any errors or discrepancies made by you during the ordering process.
   
   
2. Pricing and Payment: All prices listed on our website are in dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments for hair extensions and our products are to be made at the time of purchase through the available payment methods provided on our website.

Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, related to our hair extensions and associated materials, such as logos, product images, and content, are the sole property of LUSH PRO EXTENSIONS LLC unless otherwise stated. Limitation of Liability:

1. Product Usage: We are not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use or misuse of our hair extensions and our products, including but not limited to allergic reactions, improper application or removal, or failure to follow care instructions.
   
   
2. Indirect Damages: In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the purchase, use, or inability to use our hair extensions and our products.
   
   

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of STATE OF ILLINOIS. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in COOK COUNTY. 

Amendments:

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our hair extensions after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
