RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

After 14 days of hair being purchased no refunds will be given as it is the buyers/clients responsibility on how to care for the hair. Product/s must be in its original packaging and original seals cannot be removed due to hygiene restrictions.

If you wish to return or exchange an item you must first contact us (Lush Pro Hair Extensions) with your order number, details about the product and reason for the return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You can only return or exchange the item/s if the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that any product that has been detached from its packaging, unraveled and/or exposed to handling or wear and/or is visibly damaged due to handling will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons and will be returned to the buyer at the buyer cost.

Please note: the images of the product/s on our website (www.lush-prohairextensions.com) are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer displays the colors of the product/s accurately. Product/s may vary slightly from those images. This does not mean that the item/s is defective or mis-described. 

For hair to be exchanged for a different color is acceptable as long as it is sent back recorded, you must first contact our customer service and still in its original secured band. We recommend using our color rings to avoid color match issues. Any hair that has been taken out of its secured band will not be refunded/exchanged due to hygiene restrictions.

Any faulty hair must be reported to Lush Pro Hair Extensions within 14 (fourteen) days. Hair that would like to be refunded due to being faulty at our side can be refunded within the 14 (fourteen) days of being purchased only if the hair has not been chemically processed by the client or third party or been abroad. It should be sent recorded back to us to be inspected first, only then we will decide if return or exchange is possible, otherwise the hair will be sent back recorded and no refund will be given.
 

The right to an exchange or return will not apply to any defect in the products arising from:

• Fair wear and tear;
• Damage, wrong storage or working conditions, accident, negligence by you (a customer of lush pro hair extensions) or by any third party;
• Any alteration or repair by you or by third party who is not our authorized lush pro hair extensions team member;
• Lush Pro Hair Extensions will not look at any hair extensions or pieces that have been cut, colored, chemically or heat damaged/processed by the customer or third party.
• We advise to not silver shampoo the hair extensions due to the hair already being processed to the shade you selected.
• All hair extensions must be returned in original condition, any damaged hair extensions due to poor hair maintenance/management or poor application of extensions will not be refunded or exchanged.
• If no fault on our site (Lush Pro Hair Extensions) is present, or the hair has been damaged or colored in any way by the customer or third party, the item/s will be returned to the customer and we (Lush Pro Hair Extensions) will not refund or replace the items;

Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Lush Pro Hair Extensions. You must contact us at [email protected] within 7 (seven) days of products being purchased;

You must return the products to us within 14 (fourteen) days of the purchase of the product/s, 7 (seven) days after you have confirmed to us in writing that you are returning the item/s;

You must return the items with original proof of purchase, and your refund will be credited to original form of payment used by you to pay at the day of purchase;

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us (lush  pro hair extensions), the item/s must be delivered to us via “signed for/recorded” postal service to ensure the products are returned to us safely;

Please note that we reserve the right to choose if exchange or refund can be given for the items.
